Hi, I’m Ruby
Introducing the famous Ruby!! Famous? Why famous you might be wondering!! Well that's because our little Ruby thinks she's an Anatolian Shepherd or a Great Dane: you know, a larger than life breed! Yet Ruby is a lovely little Jack Russell that is full of beans and is super active. She'll need an active family to be able to keep up with her energy levels. Ruby walks well on a lead and we'd recommend daily walks for her. She is playful and loves playing with her toys, especially the soft variety. She can be a little sassy towards other dogs (remember her predilection for thinking she's bigger than she is?) so we'd recommend that if you have another doggie friend at home that they're calm and social: a meet and greet is a must. And because of the natural hunting ability of a Jack Russell, it's advisable not to have any small animals or cats in the home. Ruby will need secure no-gap fencing to keep her in and safe. With that all said, we think it'll be love at first sight when you meet Ruby!

- While our shelters are open, not every pet available for adoption will be onsite and available in person. To express your interest, Apply to Adopt online and if it's a perfect match you will be shortlisted and contacted via phone by our Adoption Team to discuss the animal in detail.
